Inside the product

How Meliorly’s AI habit coach works.

Meliorly puts planning, tracking and coaching around each habit you choose. The aim is not to hand you a perfect routine. It is to keep the next step small enough to fit the day you are actually having.

Start with context, not a template.

You choose an everyday habit and answer three short questions about what you want to change, why it matters and the moment that tends to make it difficult. Those answers give the first plan a real situation to work with instead of treating every person and every day alike.

Meliorly is deliberately scoped to self-directed, low-risk habits such as moving more, using screens less, reading or drinking more water. It is not a medical, therapy or emergency service.

Every habit gets its own working space.

A plan for ordinary days

The plan names a concrete next action rather than leaving the goal as a broad intention.

A tiny version

A smaller option stays available for busy, disrupted or low-energy days. You can adjust it without deleting the original plan.

History and progress

Check-ins, a weekly view and the habit’s history stay together so you can look back without rebuilding the story from memory.

One Coach conversation

Each habit has a separate AI Coach thread. A conversation about sleep does not silently become context for a conversation about screen time.

The daily loop includes the return.

  1. Notice the day.Use the planned action or choose the tiny version.
  2. Record what happened.Keep the check-in with the habit it belongs to.
  3. Look at the difficult moment.Name what changed instead of turning one day into a verdict.
  4. Resize the next step.Adjust the plan without erasing the progress already recorded.

What the AI Coach can see is bounded.

For a model-generated reply, the provider receives the current message, a limited window of the same habit’s recent Coach conversation, minimal plan and momentum context and only relevant memory notes that you confirmed. It does not receive your email, account identifier or another habit’s thread.
