The Return
Useful, sourced and honest about the limits.
The Return publishes practical guidance for self-directed everyday habits. These standards explain what belongs here, how claims are checked and what we will not pretend to know.
Our editorial purpose.
Most habit advice concentrates on a clean beginning. We focus on the less tidy moments: interruptions, changing schedules, adjustment, returning and eventually using less support.
A page should help the reader make a decision. Search visibility is a way for useful work to be found, not a reason to manufacture pages that repeat one another.
How we use evidence.
- We prefer original studies, systematic reviews and official documentation.
- We link to the source close to the statement it supports.
- We distinguish a research finding from our interpretation and product design.
- We state important limits rather than turning an average into a universal rule.
- We do not claim Meliorly produces an outcome until evidence about Meliorly supports it.
Authorship and assisted drafting.
The first edition is published as Meliorly Editorial. We use that honest collective label rather than inventing an expert or implying credentials that have not been supplied. Named author and qualified-reviewer profiles will replace it when those people are formally part of the publication.
Research and drafting software may assist the work. Publication still requires the cited source, product description and safety boundary to be checked. Assisted text does not receive an invented personal experience or byline.
Scope and safety.
The Return covers low-risk, self-directed everyday habits. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, crisis guidance, medication advice or a substitute for a licensed professional.
We do not target content about dependence, disordered eating, self-harm, pregnancy-related health decisions or other situations in which a general habit tool is the wrong level of care.
Products and comparisons.
Comparisons should say when a simple tracker, general chatbot or human coach may be a better fit. We do not say that a product was tested unless it was used under a described method and on a stated date. Prices, platforms and privacy terms can change and should carry an update date.
Corrections and contact.
Substantive updates change the visible date on the guide. Corrections that alter a conclusion or recommendation will be noted on the page. Questions and corrections can be sent to hello@meliorly.com.
